Faby’s connection to construction is personal. Her family has worked in the industry for 45 years, and she has spent the past 22 years helping employers make better decisions about employee benefits.

She created FIRMA Insurance Solutions to bring those two parts of her experience together and give business owners the guidance she believes they deserve: clear options, honest conversations, and full transparency around cost and risk.

Faby also advises startups and new contractors, helping them put the right business, workforce, health, benefits, and risk pieces in place from the start. She leads with clarity and respects what every client has worked hard to build.

FIRMA reflects Faby’s Mexican heritage and a personal tribute to her mother, Irma.
